Collaborative for Children offers a home visitation program supported by the national Parents as Teachers (PAT) curriculum for families in Harris County. Our talented PAT groups are always putting on engaging community events called Group Connections like this one at DePelchin Children’s Center.
Today’s fall-themed activity is a lesson in social-emotional learning as these little Collab Kids collected and counted different colored leaves they found.
Collaborative for Children ensures that every Collab Kid achieves Texas pre-k guidelines in social-emotional skills by following rules and routines when assisted by adults.
We then returned inside to create some very colorful and creative fall-themed collages!
