Our Home Visitation group works on developmental milestones at home with Collab Kids and families

Collaborative for Children’s Home Visitation Department uses the Parents as Teachers model to facilitate personal visits and group connections, connect families with available resources within the community, and provide assessments for families and children. These services are free of charge to the community!
