Training will be held in the Summit Room


Participants in this training will explore stages of child growth and development, and discuss strategies for teaching infants and toddlers.  They will review pertinent licensing standards as well as create a list of “must-haves” and “must-dos” to promote early learning. Participants will have the opportunity to identify important learning centers in the infant/ toddler classroom and prepare a daily schedule for this age group.

  • Participants should arrive 5-10 minutes before class. No children allowed.

  • Training available only to those employed in the following Texas counties: Austin, Brazoria, Chambers, Colorado, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Liberty, Matagorda, Montgomery, Walker, Waller and Wharton. $12 per registrant for training fee and $3 per registrant for light refreshments.
