The physical environment reflects the expectations of the teacher.  Discover how to intentionally set up the classroom to foster cognitive development. We will focus on bringing literacy into all learning centers and create a learning environment that is culturally inclusive. Participants will be able to describe characteristics of an effective learning environment, list classroom learning centers, explain benefits of a literacy-rich environment and identify culturally rich learning materials to enhance each learning center. It’s as simple as ABC!
